Lead pipeline for an RV resort

A WiFi support call turned into a website and ad program generating leads at about two dollars each.

Hospitality Hosting, Marketing, Software, Websites 2018 - today

The problem

Creekside RV Resort came to us in 2018 with a WiFi problem, not a website problem. Guests complained about the campground connection, and a resort's reputation rides on details like that.

Once the WiFi was fixed, a bigger gap remained. The website didn't reflect the resort well, changes required outside help every time, and there was no system for tracking leads once paid advertising eventually started.

What we did

We started with the WiFi and resolved the connectivity issues. That work built enough trust that when Creekside was ready to rethink its website, they called us.

We redeveloped the site around the resort's design preferences rather than a template, and set up their team to make edits directly, with us managing content alongside them instead of gatekeeping every change.

In 2025, we started running paid campaigns on Meta and Google. Every lead from those campaigns flows directly into Client Connect Suite, our CRM platform, where the team calls and follows up.

What changed

Leads that used to scatter across calls, emails, and memory now sit in one pipeline with a clear status: incoming, pending, closed, or lost.

Cost per lead runs around two dollars, low enough to fund a full-time role dedicated to working incoming leads and filling RV slots with the kind of guests Creekside is actually looking for.

What it runs on

The site runs on WordPress. Client Connect Suite handles lead intake, pipeline tracking, and follow-up, fed directly by the Meta and Google campaigns.
