AI content platform with no prompting necessary

A templated AI content platform that writes social posts, blogs, and newsletters, with the software handling the prompting instead of the user.

SaaS / Content Technology Software 2024

The problem

Most people who need to publish content regularly- assistants, social media managers, small business owners- do not want to learn prompt engineering. They want to describe what they need and get something usable back.

Existing AI writing tools assumed the user already knew how to prompt well. Getting a good result meant knowing how to ask for it, which is a real barrier for someone whose job is customer support or scheduling, not writing prompts.

The real problem wasn't a shortage of AI tools. It was that none of them took the prompting itself off the user's plate.

What we did

We built BizLens AI around a fixed three-step flow: choose a template, provide a bit of context, then edit and publish. The software constructs the prompt behind the scenes, so the user never writes one directly.

The template library covers more than 85 formats across social posts, blogs, emails, SEO content, and product descriptions, so the starting point already matches what the user is trying to make rather than a blank text box.

We built it to serve a wide range of roles on the same platform: support agents, social media managers, bloggers, SEO specialists, e-commerce teams, journalists, copywriters, marketers, and educators, rather than a tool built around one job title.

Pricing is tiered by word volume rather than feature access, so a solo user and a small team both get the full template library and tools, just with different usage caps.

What changed

A user who has never written an AI prompt in their life can produce a finished piece of content in three steps- template, context, edit, and publish- without ever seeing a prompt field.

Content that once required either a specialist or a trial-and-error relationship with a general-purpose AI tool now comes from a fixed workflow built specifically for business content.
