Multi-site, multi-language publishing with real editorial roles and approvals. We have built on TYPO3 since 2001, and were one of the leading TYPO3 agencies in Europe before bringing that work to Florida.

The work

What TYPO3 is actually for.

TYPO3 is not a heavier WordPress. It is a governance tool: several sites, several languages and many editors, held together by permissions and approvals rather than by everyone being careful.

All web services
01

Multi-site and multi-language

Several brands, regions or country sites governed from one installation, sharing assets and templates where it helps and diverging where it must. Translation handled as a first-class feature rather than a plugin.

One install, many sites Translation workflow Shared assets and templates Regional content rules
02

Editorial workflow and permissions

Real roles, real approvals, real audit trail. Editors see only what they are responsible for, drafts get reviewed before publication, and nobody has to be given administrator access to change a headline.

Granular role permissions Draft, review, publish Versioning and rollback Scheduled publication
03

Enterprise integrations

TYPO3 sitting properly inside the systems you already run - ERP, PIM, CRM, single sign-on, intranets - which is where our thirty years of business software work matters more than our CMS preference.

ERP and PIM feeds Single sign-on CRM and forms Custom extensions
04

Upgrades and long-term support

TYPO3 runs on long-term-support releases, so a site can be maintained for years on a predictable schedule. We also take on tired installations several versions behind and bring them current without a rebuild from scratch.

How we build

A platform is a ten-year decision.

The cost of a CMS is not the build. It is what your editors do every week for the next decade, and what an upgrade costs when the version you are on stops being supported.

01 / heritage

TYPO3 since 2001

Our team started as IT consultants in Austria in the mid-1990s, where TYPO3 became the enterprise standard. We have built on it since 2001 and became one of the leading TYPO3 agencies in Europe.

02 / governance

Twenty editors, no accidents

Roles, approvals, versioning and rollback are core features. Editors work inside their part of the site tree, drafts get reviewed before publication, and every change is attributable.

03 / longevity

Maintained for years, on a schedule

TYPO3’s long-term-support releases make maintenance predictable instead of a surprise. Upgrade paths are planned in advance, and we take on installations that have fallen behind.

What we will not do

We will tell you when WordPress is enough.

TYPO3 is the wrong answer for most small businesses, and selling it to them would be easy money and a bad outcome. If your requirements fit WordPress, we will build you a WordPress site instead - we run both platforms for that reason.

Process

Assess, structure, build, maintain.

The structure and permission model come before any template work, because that is what decides whether the platform helps your editors or fights them.

STEP 01

Assess the requirement

How many sites, languages, editors and approval layers, and what has to integrate. This is also where we say plainly if WordPress would serve you better.

STEP 02

Structure and permissions

Information architecture, the site tree, the translation model and the role matrix. Getting this right is most of what makes TYPO3 pleasant later.

STEP 03

Build and migrate

Templates, extensions and integrations, then content migration on staging with the redirect map prepared before anything goes live.

STEP 04

Train and maintain

Editor training per role, then patching, LTS upgrade planning and support from the team that built it.

“Barbara and Andy built us an amazing website. It's very fast, efficient and all of our customers love it. It is like a dream come true.”

Most small and mid-sized businesses should use WordPress, and we will say so. TYPO3 earns its place when you run several sites or languages from one installation, need genuine editorial roles and approvals, have governance or compliance requirements a plugin stack cannot satisfy, or must integrate deeply with ERP and identity systems. We build on both, so the recommendation comes from your requirements rather than what we happen to sell.

Since 2001. Our team started as IT consultants in Austria in the mid-1990s working on ERP systems and business databases, and TYPO3 was the enterprise CMS in that market - we became one of the leading TYPO3 agencies in Europe before bringing that experience to Florida.

They should not have to guess. TYPO3 is more structured than WordPress, which is exactly why it holds up with twenty editors, and the trade-off is that setup and training matter. We configure the backend around each role and train per group, so an editor sees their part of the tree and nothing else.

Usually not. Old installations can often be brought current through a planned version migration with an extension audit, which is cheaper and less disruptive than starting over. We will tell you honestly when a site has drifted far enough that rebuilding is the better investment.

Languages are part of the core content model rather than bolted on, so a page exists once with its translations attached, fallbacks are defined, and translators work in a controlled workflow. That is the single biggest practical reason organisations choose TYPO3 over WordPress.

It depends on the number of sites, languages, templates, editor roles and integrations - so we scope it after the assessment rather than publishing a package price. Every project starts with a conversation, not a checkout.
