Hours in the bank, and priority when it counts.

Talk to us about a plan What a plan gives you

A monthly block of hours at an agreed rate, priority response, and a named contact who already knows your setup. Or pay hourly and call when you need us - both work.

The work

What a plan actually gives you.

A plan is two things: a budget for the small work that always comes up, and a place in the queue when something is genuinely urgent. The maintenance that prevents emergencies runs underneath both.

All support services
01

Monthly hours you can actually use

A block of hours each month at an agreed rate, spent on whatever needs doing: content changes, new pages, plugin and platform updates, small fixes, integrations, the occasional emergency.

Content and page changes Updates and patching Small fixes and tweaks Emergency work
02

Priority and a named contact

Plan clients go to the front of the queue and get someone who already knows your setup, so you are not explaining your own infrastructure to a stranger while something is down.

03

Proactive maintenance

The work that prevents the emergency: monitoring with alerts someone acts on, scheduled platform and plugin updates, backups verified by restoring them, and security patches kept current.

Or just pay hourly

Plenty of clients have no plan and call when they need something. A plan buys priority and a predictable budget; it is not a condition of being looked after.

How a plan works

The point is no surprises - in either direction.

You should know what your hours went on, and we should tell you before work exceeds them. A support plan that produces unexplained invoices is not support, it is a subscription.

01 / transparent

Hours reported, not assumed

You get a record of hours used and what they went on. If work is going to exceed the block, you hear about it before it happens rather than on the invoice.

02 / right-sized

The plan should fit, or change

If you consistently use less than you buy, the honest answer is a smaller plan, and we will say so. If you keep running over, a larger one is cheaper than ad hoc hours.

03 / preventive

Most emergencies were preventable

Monitoring, scheduled updates and backups verified by restoring them are included, because the cheapest support call is the one that never has to happen.

What we will not do

No lock-in, no unexplained invoices.

Plans run month to month, larger projects are quoted separately so a plan is never quietly consumed by one big job, and anything that will exceed your hours is raised before the work starts.

Create a support ticket

Process

Audit, agree, work, review.

It starts by writing down what you actually run, because nobody can support infrastructure they have never been shown.

STEP 01

Audit what you run

Sites, platforms, hosts, domains, DNS, mail and phones, written down in one place. Most businesses have never had this documented.

STEP 02

Agree hours and scope

How many hours a month, what they cover, what counts as an emergency and what needs a separate quote - in writing before you commit.

STEP 03

Work the queue

You send requests by phone or ticket, we work them in priority order, and the routine maintenance runs in the background.

STEP 04

Review and adjust

Hours used and what they went on, reviewed periodically. If the plan is the wrong size in either direction, we change it.

Also on the plan

What else the same hours can cover.

Because the same team runs websites, hosting, phones and marketing, your hours are not limited to one of them. Client Connect Suite clients can also use plan hours on automation and pipeline changes.

FAQ

Questions we get asked first.

Something not covered here? Call (239) 214-8592 and you'll get a person.

Almost anything in our range: content and page changes, plugin and platform updates, small features and fixes, integrations, hosting and DNS work, phone system routing changes, and emergencies. Larger projects - a rebuild, a new application - are quoted separately so a plan is never quietly eaten by one big job.

We tell you before the work happens, not after. Additional hours are billed at the agreed rate, or the request waits for next month if it is not urgent. You should never receive a surprise invoice.

How unused hours are treated is set out in your plan, and we will be explicit about it before you sign rather than leaving it in the small print. If a plan is consistently too large, the right answer is a smaller plan and we will say so.

Response expectations are agreed in your plan rather than advertised as a slogan, and plan clients get priority. For anything urgent, call (239) 214-8592 during business hours and you will reach someone who knows your setup.

No. Plans run month to month and you can change or stop yours. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a year you regret in March.

It depends on the hours, the response you want and the systems covered, so we quote after the onboarding audit rather than publishing a package price. Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a checkout.

Tell us what you run and what keeps coming up. We’ll audit it, suggest a plan size honestly - including none, if hourly suits you better - and put the rate in writing.
