A site built for your business, not a theme.

Designed around how you actually sell, built mobile-first on WordPress or WooCommerce, and launched with the redirects and tracking in place - then hosted and maintained by the people who built it.

The work

Four parts of a build that lasts.

A website is not a design project that ends at launch. What decides whether it earns its cost is the platform choice, the editing experience your team inherits, and whether the launch protects what you already had.

All web services
01

Design and build

Designed for your business rather than dropped into a bought theme, and built mobile-first because that is where most of your visitors are. Accessible contrast, real keyboard focus and sensible page structure come as standard.

Custom design, not a theme Mobile-first layouts Accessibility baseline Core Web Vitals checked
02

WordPress and WooCommerce

Built on the platform your team already knows, with the editing experience set up so non-technical staff can change copy and images without breaking the layout or calling us.

WordPress build Editor set up for your team Plugin choices you can maintain Staging before live
03

E-commerce

Product, cart and checkout built to convert on a phone, with payments, shipping and tax configured properly and stock connected to whatever system already holds the truth.

WooCommerce storefronts Payments and shipping ERP and inventory integration Checkout optimisation
04

Migration and launch

The part that goes wrong when nobody plans it. Every existing URL mapped, redirects in place, metadata carried over, and crawl and indexing checked after go-live so the rankings you have survive the rebuild.

How we build

Pretty is not the point. Enquiries are.

A site that looks good and produces nothing is a brochure. We build for the small number of decisions a visitor actually makes, and wire the result into the systems that handle the enquiry.

01 / speed

Fast on a phone, on a real connection

Images sized properly, no page-builder bloat, and Core Web Vitals checked before launch. Speed is the one improvement every visitor notices and search engines reward.

02 / connected

Forms that go somewhere

Forms, chat and booking feed straight into your CRM and pipelines with the source attached, so a new enquiry gets an immediate reply instead of sitting in a shared inbox.

03 / editable

Editable without calling us

The editor is set up around the content you change often, and layouts are built so a text edit cannot collapse the page. Your team gets trained at handover.

What we will not do

No template resale, no plugin sprawl.

We do not buy a theme, change the colours and call it custom, and we do not solve every requirement by installing another plugin for somebody else to maintain. Fewer moving parts is why sites we built years ago still run.

Process

Review, scope, build, launch.

Revisions happen on staging, where you can click through the real thing. Nothing goes live without a redirect plan and a trained team.

STEP 01

Review and goals

What the current site does badly, who it has to serve, and what a successful enquiry looks like. Sometimes the answer is three fixes rather than a rebuild, and we will say so.

STEP 02

Scope and structure

A written scope, page inventory, sitemap and template list, plus the platform recommendation and who will maintain it afterwards.

STEP 03

Design and build

Design on the real content, then build on staging where you can click through it. Revisions happen here, not after launch.

STEP 04

Launch and hand over

Redirects, tracking, forms and a training session for your team. Then hosting and maintenance, or a clean handover if you host elsewhere.

“Barbara and Andy built us an amazing website. It's very fast, efficient and all of our customers love it. It is like a dream come true.”

What you get at launch

A site you own, on standard platforms, with the accounts in your name Editor training so your team can make everyday changes Forms, chat and booking wired into your CRM Analytics, call tracking and conversion tracking configured Redirects mapped so existing rankings survive Managed hosting and support, if you want us to keep it running

After launch

We keep it running once it is live.

A launch is the start of the job. Hosting, monitoring and updates stay with us, and the enquiry side of the site connects to Client Connect Suite - the CRM, pipelines and instant follow-up behind the forms, chat and booking we build in.

For most small business sites, six to ten weeks from scope to launch, and the timeline usually hinges on content rather than build. Sites with e-commerce, integrations or a large page inventory take longer. We will give you a real date in the scope rather than an optimistic one you plan around.

Yes, and we set it up so that is actually pleasant. The editing experience is configured around the content you change often, your team gets a training session at handover, and layouts are built so text edits cannot collapse the design. Anything structural you would rather not touch, we handle on support.

Because you should not need a developer to change a phone number. WordPress gives your team control and an enormous ecosystem, and we build on it carefully rather than stacking twenty plugins. Where a requirement genuinely exceeds it we build custom software alongside, or recommend TYPO3 for multi-site and multi-language publishing.

Protecting them is part of the project, not an afterthought. We map every existing URL, keep the ones that rank, add 301 redirects where addresses change, carry over titles and metadata, and check crawling and indexing after launch. A rebuild that loses your rankings is a failed rebuild.

We can, and on most projects we do at least the structure and the service pages, because page copy and SEO are the same decision. If you have someone in-house who knows the subject better, we give them the outline and the word counts and edit what comes back.

It depends on the number of templates, whether you are selling online, how much content has to migrate and what must connect to it - so we scope it after reviewing what you have rather than publishing a package price. Every project starts with a conversation, not a checkout.
