SWFL Produce had what most businesses want most: a loyal customer base ordering fresh, local produce every week. What it lacked was a website that made placing that order easy.
Any change to the site meant tracking down a developer instead of making the update directly, and the owner, Elizabeth, spent time on that instead of running the business.
After an initial conversation with Elizabeth, we built the website and e-commerce store from scratch on WordPress with WooCommerce, designed around how customers actually place a repeat weekly order rather than a generic storefront.
Elizabeth can now make her own updates directly, without waiting on outside help for routine changes.
Once the store went live, we added Meta ad campaigns that we adjust constantly based on the season and what produce is actually available that week, so the ads never promise something that isn't in stock.
We are now building a new ERP system to help manage the business's continued growth, alongside a Farmstore location that opened in Coconut Point in 2026.
Elizabeth has said the new website and store helped grow revenue by 80 percent.
Ordering got simpler for customers, and updating the site got simpler for her. She now gets straightforward communication and fast turnaround on requests instead of chasing down outside help.
WordPress with WooCommerce runs the storefront. Meta Ads drive customer acquisition and are adjusted seasonally. An ERP system is currently in development to support inventory and operations as the business grows.
