The work
An assessment first, then the parts of it worth building. Two of these four we run for clients every day, so the advice comes from operating the tools rather than reading about them.
See Client Connect SuiteA walk through how work moves through your business, looking for the repetitive, high-volume, low-judgement tasks where AI earns its cost - and naming the places it would be an expensive mistake.
The work we already do every day: calls answered by an AI receptionist, enquiries qualified and replied to in minutes, chat that knows your business, and review responses drafted for approval.
The paperwork nobody wants: documents read and their data extracted, quotes and reports drafted, records kept in sync between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
Your staff are already using AI, with or without a policy. Better to decide deliberately what may go into a public tool, what may not, and how anything it produces gets checked before a customer sees it.
Process
The assessment is scoped separately from anything built afterwards, so you can find out whether an idea is worth doing without committing to build it.
STEP 01
A session on how a job moves through your business from enquiry to invoice, and where the time actually goes. No tooling decisions yet.
STEP 02
A handful of candidates ranked by hours saved against effort and risk, with our honest view of which are worth doing and which are not.
STEP 03
The strongest candidate, built small and measured against what it replaced. If it does not hold up, we stop rather than expand it.
STEP 04
The pilot extended, the people using it trained, and a review step in place so nothing reaches a customer unchecked.
“Andy stepped in and immediately made a significant difference. He was not only responsive but also educational, taking the time to explain each step of the process clearly.”

What you get
Where it plugs in
The AI we already run for clients lives inside Client Connect Suite, so anything we build for you connects to the CRM, messaging and reporting your team already works in rather than sitting off to one side.
