Software shaped around how you already work.

Book a discovery call What the work involves

Customer portals, internal tools and the integrations that make your existing systems share data. Built in increments so something works early, and supported afterwards by the people who built it.

Since 1995

ERP and database work is where we started

You own it

Source code and accounts handed over, in your name

Built in phases

A small first phase, priced before you commit

The work

Four kinds of software we build.

Most requests start as one of these four. Which one you need is usually clearer after an hour of mapping what your team actually does each day than after a feature list.

All web services
01

Customer and client portals

A login where your customers see only what they need: appointments, project status, invoices, documents, support requests. Fewer status calls for your office, and a reason for clients to stay.

Client logins and permissions Documents and invoices Status and scheduling Payments
02

Internal operations tools

The dashboards and workflow apps that replace the spreadsheet everyone quietly relies on. Built around your actual process, including the business rules a packaged product refuses to accommodate.

Operations dashboards Quoting and job workflow Approvals and business rules Role-based access
03

Integrations and APIs

Making the systems you already pay for talk to each other, so a record is entered once. Thirty years of ERP and database work means this is familiar ground rather than an experiment.

ERP and accounting CRM and phone systems REST and webhook APIs Data migration
04

AI where it removes effort

Document handling, summarising, classification, drafted replies - applied where it saves your team real hours, with a person still accountable for the output. Not AI added so the project can be called innovative.

How we build

The goal is less friction, not more software.

Nobody wants another system to log into. The projects that pay for themselves remove duplicate entry, shorten a quote, or answer a question a customer would otherwise phone about.

01 / discovery

We map the process, not the wishlist

Discovery happens with the people doing the job, including the workarounds nobody documented. Most projects get smaller here, because half the wishlist turns out to be one missing connection.

02 / increments

Working software early

A small first phase you can actually use, then extended. You judge progress by using the tool rather than reading a status report, and you can change direction while it is still cheap.

03 / supported

Someone answers when it breaks

Hosting, monitoring, backups and enhancements are planned from the start, and you get a named developer who knows your system rather than a ticket queue.

What we will not do

No abandonware, no locked-in code.

We will not build something we would not agree to maintain, and we will tell you when an off-the-shelf product is the better answer. The code and accounts are yours, so staying with us is a decision you keep making.

Read our build-or-buy guide

Process

Discovery, scope, build, support.

Phase one is deliberately small and priced before you commit, so the first thing you judge is working software rather than a proposal.

STEP 01

Discovery

We sit with the people who do the work and map what actually happens, including the workarounds. Most projects get smaller at this stage, not bigger.

STEP 02

Scope and estimate

A written scope with a fixed first phase, so you are not signing a blank cheque. What is out of scope is written down too.

STEP 03

Build in increments

Working software you can use early, then reviewed and extended. You see progress in the tool rather than in a status report.

STEP 04

Launch and support

Data migration, training, and then hosting, monitoring and enhancements. Building an application and walking away is not a strategy.

“Andy stepped in and immediately made a significant difference. He was not only responsive but also educational, taking the time to explain each step of the process clearly.”

After launch

It stays supported once it is live.

A launch is the start of the job. Hosting, monitoring and enhancements stay with us, and where it helps, the software connects to Client Connect Suite - the CRM, messaging and reporting layer your team already works in.

Support and enhancements

Fixes and small improvements without a new project each time.

FAQ

Questions we get asked first.

Something not covered here? Call (239) 214-8592 and you'll get a person.

Buy, in most cases. Nobody should build their own payroll, accounting or email platform. Custom earns its place when the process is central to your revenue or customer experience, when the business rules are genuinely yours, or when the cost of the workarounds around a packaged product has quietly passed the cost of building. We will tell you when buying is the better answer - we have written about the decision at length.

The first usable phase is often six to twelve weeks, because we deliberately keep phase one small. Larger platforms run longer and are built in increments so you get something working early rather than waiting nine months for a launch date that moves.

You do. The source, the repository and the hosting accounts are yours, and we hand them over. If you ever want to move the work to another developer or in-house team, nothing about the arrangement is designed to stop you.

That is most of what we do. Accounting, ERP, CRM, phone systems, e-commerce and the spreadsheets in between - usually the highest-return project is not a new system but making the existing ones share data reliably.

Applied where it removes hours of manual handling: reading and extracting from documents, classifying and routing incoming requests, drafting replies for approval, summarising long records. A person stays accountable for anything that reaches a customer. We will also say when AI is the wrong tool for a step, which is often.

Software needs hosting, security updates, monitoring, backups and enhancements, and we plan for that from the start rather than treating it as a surprise. You get a named developer who knows your system, on the same phone number.
